Our expertise spans across a wide range of industries – from footwear to apparel, fast moving consumer goods to healthcare products, wine & spirits to tobacco, household to industrial products, Dangerous Goods (DG) to non DG, and from retail to wholesale. Whether it is piece-pick, case-pick or pallet-pick, cross-dock or flow through, duty paid or bonded operation, we develop customized solutions to suit the unique demand of each customer.

In Asia, as economic activities move from established business entrepôts to emerging cities in response to government initiatives and other market forces, our Transportation Management Services (TMS) have grown by leaps and bounds. Currently, IDS manages both in-house and outsourced fleet providing long-haul and city delivery services throughout Asia, the US and UK.  To combat escalating fuel prices and address concerns on global warming, we utilize advanced tools in the field of analytics to optimize routing, scheduling and load-planning of our transport operations.  We have also implemented a purpose-designed application called Carrier Management System to improve the management and visibility of our outsourced transport service providers.
